1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging CrazyChiefs (hereinafter referred to as “Agency”) for digital marketing services, you (hereinafter referred to as “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

5. Payment Terms

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed by the other party.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, the Client shall pay all outstanding fees.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Faridabad (Haryana, India) Court.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Force Majeure: Address circumstances beyond the control of either party that may affect the performance of the agreement.

Scope of Work: Clearly define the services to be provided, including deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.
